Job Description
Shivam Condev Private Limited is hiring a Site Accountant in Naupada to manage accounts, expenses, employee records and administrative activities at a construction-project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the site cash book and bank book
- Record daily financial transactions
- Process vendor and subcontractor bills
- Manage employee reimbursement claims
- Monitor site expenses and budgets
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Coordinate fund requirements with the head office
- Support site administration and payroll activities
Job Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- Experience in construction-site accounting is preferred
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Bookkeeping and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good reporting and documentation skills
