Residents raised concerns about the condition of the recently constructed road between Srimukhalingam and Navatala in Hiramandalam. The road was reportedly completed at a cost of several crores of rupees. Stones and parts of the surface were said to have become loose at several locations. The affected stretch lies between Bhagirathipuram and Mahalakshmipuram.
