An International FIDE-Rated Open Chess Tournament was organised in Srikakulam from May 14 to May 18, 2026. The five-day competition was held at Hotel Grand Conventions in Srikakulam. Players competed in nine rounds under the Swiss-system tournament format.Each participant received 90 minutes, with a 30-second increment added after every move.
